Description
QA-400A is a automatic laser welding machine through the fiber optic cable transmission. The laser source is still NG:YAG.
The optical fiber laser soldering system is equiped with a golden sealed laser cavity, red diamond rod, 2 Xonen lamps etc.
When laser radiation heats the surface of work-piece, the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool.
After the fiber optical transmission, the laser beam quality will be much better and suitable for precise laser welding.

A: We have 3 layers package. First outside, wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.

A: Our package is considerate all the damage factors and make it to be safe, you will receive the machines in good condition.
