Introduction
QA-FLW1000 is a three in one laser machine,that can do cutting,welding and cleaning 3 different jobs. Just need to exchange the laser head.
The laser welder adopts a continous fiber laser source, with long lifetime up to 100,000 hours. Laser power can choose from 1000W to 3KW
The laser head adopts water-cooled design, it won’t get over-heated during welding and cutting, small diameter, easy for hand-holding.
We also add a wire feeding machine, for steady welding with big seam.
For cutting function, same system and head as welding.
For cleaning function,need to change to cleaning system mode, the head also need to change to cleaning Focus lens and head.
This machine is perfect for metal process factory, who will need welding, cutting and cleaning jobs. One machine will do all these jobs.
